March 14, 2020 7:30pm

**UPDATE as of 3/12/2020** As the situation surrounding the coronavirus outbreak (officially COVID-19) continues to develop, we wanted to assure you that your health & safety continues to be our biggest priority. The CDC and Allegheny County Health Department are recommending extra caution for those over 60 and those with existing conditions, of any age. Likewise, large gatherings are currently not advised. Thus, in an effort to comply with the CDC and Allegheny Health Department’s recommendations, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Saturday’s presentation of “The Traveler.”

Let’s journey around magical Pittsburgh, beginning in Frick Park, commuting into the city and enjoying an Autumn Mood through the evocative compositions of Mark Fromm, Paul Critser and James Whipple.  We then take a slight detour through Stravinsky’s elegant and whimsical Pulcinella Suite. We close with Beethoven’s evocative “Pastoral” Symphony, which the composer called “an expression of feeling” of life in the country. Soloist: Linda Fisher
